Do The Glass Guys offer on-site consultations and quotes?
Yes, we do! We have expert design consultants that will come out to meet with you and figure out exactly what you need for your glass project. Quotes are provided same day, most times on-site at the time of measuring.
How fast is the turnaround on projects?
We strive to have one of the fastest turnaround times in the industry. From the date the quote is approved, we typically have the installation complete within 7-10 business days. Oftentimes, the installation can happen even earlier.
Do you install windows?
We do install glass units for windows that are broken or need to be replaced.
Do you work directly with residential customers or only through contractors?
The Glass Guys work directly with residential customers and through contractors. We offer a variety of services for homeowners, builders, remodeling contractors, etc.
Do you offer emergency repair services?
Emergency repair services are something we offer, thankfully this is rarely needed. Depending on the urgency and scope of what is needed, we’ll determine the time and cost of the situation.
